When I recieved these feathers, I was absolutely stunned. Each and every one of the feathers in the bundle was gorgeous! They were long, beautifully colored, and very high quality (including many of the popular grizzly feathers). Not only did the extension look beautiful, but it included two of the crimping beads for easy installation. For the record, you can put these feathers in yourself without the special beading kit (with the looping wire and small pliers), or a hair stylist. You can simply select the strand of hair you wish to put the feather bundle on, wet it and then twist it so the micro bead can easily slip onto the hair strand (about 1 cm from root. Then, insert the bundle into the bead, and use a simple pair of pliers to "smoosh" the bead down which allows the bundle to stay in place. You can also trim the top of the extension that may be sticking out from the top of the bead where your hair root is. Seeing as it can be 60 + dollars to get as little as 3 individual... Read more

these extentions do not come as long as expected; also the color and the picture is NOTHING like the actual product; the feathers do not straighten and curl as well as i expected; infact they go the opposite way of my hair. they also come with no instructions; and is NOT worth the money paid for it.

It took about 5-6 days to get this product. When i received the feathers i was expecting longer feathers. The ones i got were just under 4 inches. I think there is a misunderstanding in the product description. I am very disappoint in what i have gotten for a very very expensive price. And the shipping was over priced for this little thing. They should also come up with a different picture of the product because its not was i at all expected. I will not be purchasing a product by this seller again.

STEP 1 Separate hair at the crown and hold with a clip or rubberband.

When I recently purchased this product I bought the dark chestnut brown. When I received them they were full of gray hair! I am only 25 and don't plain on going so gray just yet. I decided to wear them a few times anyway and thought I could just dye them myself later. Eventually I had to wash them with a mild shampoo and let them air dry, just like the instructions say. They became so dry and brittle I would hate to see them after a dye job. So I sent an email to Arama asking them about the extensions conditions, and the person over customer service was awful. First, he or she told me that they new that some had gray in it, but sent them anyway. Then they told me in basic terms that I was a liar that no one had ever told them that their product was dry or brittle. Well, excuse me! He finally agreed to exchange them when I sent mine back at my expense. I sent them back with my email address, name, address, phone number, and purchase order number. Absolutely loved this! They blend in with my real hair so naturally you can't tell the difference. I did have to color them to match my shade better. The clips are easy to use and are gentle; if you have a sensitive head from pulling. You don't feel this any more then a small clip barrette in your hair. One set was not enough for my hair and I have thin fine hair. I would recommend more then one set just to get a full natural look.

Somewhat easy to clip in. I need practice. I love the fact they did not tear out my hair. My hair is thick and wavy. I bought the chestnut and colored them to match my hair color. They turned out almost perfect and my hubby had a new woman. I loved them so much, I am buying another set in blond and I plan to dye them purple. How fun these are, better than a wig.
